Integration Therapy:  Each person is a complex human with a great variety of experiences and qualities that make us unique individuals.  One's experience, health, well-being, state of mind - these can all be hindered by different aspects of oneself or one's desires being in conflict. Integration Therapy helps resolve this conflict by helping you to identify what aspects or desires are in conflict within a person and to bring the conflict to resolution through talk therapy between parts of the self.

Completion Process Therapy:  All humans have times of deep unpleasant emotions that become sensations in the body when these emotions reach a high intensity.  These sensations are brought about by triggering events in one's experience. The Completion Process is a somatic trauma recovery therapy, and as the name indicates, it is brought to completion. The Completion Process is unlike many standard therapies used in the medical psychology industry which cease at the therapist's brief appointment, leaving the client with open wounds revisiting a trauma without actually healing or resolving the trauma.   The Completion Process also utilizes quantum physics in making adjustments in the space-time continuum to aid and accelerate healing.

My Approach

My Approach

Each person is unique and beautiful in their own individual way.  Each person's experiences are a unique blend that shape us as people, and make us who we are.

My approach is to celebrate the divine uniqueness and light within you, to empower you to see the divine uniqueness of others, to foster better relationships and connections.

My services are informed by the studies and understandings of the effects of trauma on a person, attachment styles, family and couples' dynamics, and multi-generational trauma, the Diagnostical and Statistical Manual, 5th Edition, by the American Psychiatric Association (DSM V)  and understanding of the shortcomings of the DSM V, the Adverse Childhood Experiences Study (ACES) (Felitti et al.) and scoring and developing interpretations of ACES scoring and classifications (Teahan), understanding the shortcomings of the traditional medical system's methods of treating mental health, and the benefits of experience working with a variety of individuals diagnosed with various mental health disorders and the accelerated improvements they made utilizing the practices of Integration Therapy and Completion Process Therapy, following retreats and studies facilitated by Teal Swan.   The somatic healing of Integration Therapy and Completion Process Therapy is what makes these therapies effective, and it is understood it is essential that these therapies are carried out to arrive at resolution.   I have been  practicing Integration and Completion Process Therapy since 2018, and coaching and counseling since 2016.

I offer therapy and coaching that is an alternative to the traditional methods of the medical system's 45-90 minute mental health therapist sessions which tend to keep people in a state of unwellness, as it prescribes therapy sessions only long enough to open the wounds of trauma, but few therapists understand how to close and heal the wounds of trauma, and therefore seeing a therapist in this short session type of structure ensures that they have repeat clients who never achieve wellness, but instead, are stuck in a state of unwellness because of the therapy structure of standard psychology and mental health practices of the medical system.  Without a spiritual approach, couple's and family counseling centered on one individual does not work to improve the relationship.  Individual's path to wellness and wholeness is enhanced with a spiritual approach if one is interested and open to applying spirituality to wellness.

My spiritual studies have included Christianity, Buddhism, Earth-based indigenous faiths and practices, shamanism, New Age beliefs and practices.

I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in geology in 1997, a Master of Architecture degree in 2007, and attended 3 different major universities, amid academic and community cultures that denied the well-being of people, treated the psyche and spirit as separate from a person or the work at hand, even denied the existence of humans as spiritual beings, and the effects of this linear, self-focused culture were and are visiibile in the dysfunctions resulting from the failure of these systems and cultures to acknowledge the importance of the human psyche and spirit in maintaining individual health and functionality of organizations.

Seeking to obtain the most comprehensive understanding of our world, through the study of and practicing in the work of geology and architecture, human experience and relationships are still at the core of the world we live in.  Our human experience and relationships define our lives and are central to making our existence better.

I was raised attending a Methodist Church as a youth, and received zero guidance in the wisdom of the Christian faith as a teenage girl.  I was immersed in the spirit and faith-denying, male-dominated earth sciences as a college student and later as a young professional, as well as the culture of denying the well-being of the psyche, and a family dynamic that intensely denied the spirit and well-being of others.  It is through the studies of spiritual practices and faiths that allowed me to overcome the challenges I experienced as a result of this family and academic upbringing and still hold faith in and return to the core teachings of Christianity as a means to better one's mental and physical health, relationships, success and productivity.

Through exploration and study of different meditation modalities, I offer a deep understanding and coaching in meditation, influenced by training and practice of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), concepts of Buddhism, New Age techniques, and Christian silent reflection and prayer.

I offer professional counseling and coaching with a spiritual and Christian influence to overcome the greatest life challenges.
